Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:General Function:This role is responsible for creating and distributing monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines to more than 1,000 stores across multiple store formats and design concepts. This includes 22+ versions for LensCrafters and approximately 10 versions for For Eyes. Key responsibilities include overseeing all monthly store marketing materials and merchandising directives. The ideal candidate excels at handling a high volume of documents and communications, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and brings strong project management capabilities.Major Duties and Responsibilities* Develop, update, and distribute monthly marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to all stores.* Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by providing updated guidelines and materials as needed, including graphics checklist.* Assist in creating new guidelines and supporting materials for ongoing and upcoming special projects.* Support the props checklist.* Own and maintain the prop catalog.Preferred Qualifications* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-primarily InDesign-with a strong background in graphic design; experience with 2D and 3D renderings is a plus.* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.* Proven ability to create and manage a high volume of associate-facing documents.* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Basic Qualifications* Understanding of marketing and visual merchandising within a retail environment.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and collaborate effectively with a team.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
