SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIV LKE SE & ALRE GROUP OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT MISSION SUPPORT DIVISION ASSET MGMT/LogIT BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.


  • You will plans work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
  • You will gives advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
  • You will analyzing, monitoring, and reducing costs; forecasting budgets; and providing information to higher level management on future staffing, facility space, and equipment needs.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 or comparable GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional PROGRAM MANAGER, performing some or all of the following duties: Business Operations Leadership: Experience leading operational and tactical services, managing workforce requirements, and directing personnel or administrative processes to execute executive or command-level priorities. Aviation Information Systems & IT Solutions: Experience defining and documenting enterprise-level IT requirements and solutions to field aviation maintenance, logistics support (ILS), or sustainment information systems, including promoting the use of common toolsets and knowledge-sharing platforms. Material Management & Financial Oversight: Experience providing comprehensive material management (including warehousing, transportation, and disposal) while ensuring Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) compliance. This includes direct financial oversight of a service cost center for the staging facility, encompassing budget formulation, expenditure tracking, and cost recovery operations.
